1. Who we are

Vaultborn is produced by Vaultborn Studios. Konduct owns the intellectual property.

This site is a restricted pitch vault for adult fictional drama. It is not a public video-on-demand service and not a pornography platform.

2. The vault

Entry requires a one-time code issued by the studio and a confirmation that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).

Each code opens the vault once. A strictly necessary session cookie then keeps this device admitted for thirty days. If you clear cookies, you will need a new code.

Codes are personal to the evaluation they were issued for. Do not publish, sell, or forward a code except as the studio directed.

3. Intellectual property

All rights in Vaultborn — including but not limited to the title, logline, world, factions, Trials, Unlocking, characters (including Elias Last, Tazo, Rexxa, Aeri Vex, Silas Thorn, and Calyx), names, likenesses, stills, teasers, music, copy, design, and related concepts — are owned by Konduct. Vaultborn Studios produces the series.

Nothing on this site grants you an option, licence, assignment, or right to exploit the property. Viewing is a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to watch on this site, for evaluation only.

You must not copy, download, screen-record, scrape, train a model on, publish, adapt, merchandize, or pitch the property as your own. Unauthorised use is a breach of confidence and an infringement of copyright and related rights.

4. Confidentiality

Pitch materials behind the vault are confidential. You will not disclose them to anyone who does not have a legitimate evaluation need, and you will not post stills, plots, or codes in public.

5. Adult material

The series is adult fictional drama with sexual themes. If you are under 18, you must leave. If this material is unlawful where you are, you must leave.

6. No warranty

The site is provided for evaluation as-is. Teasers, stills, and copy may change. Episodes in cut are not a public release.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Konduct may seek injunctive relief anywhere the property is misused.
